Our dough is designed to be edible, so you can eat it raw without fear of foodborne illness or bake it fresh for perfect cookies every time. We believe exceptional cookies shouldn't require harmful chemicals and are best served straight from the oven.
After nearly a decade of adjustments, we our edible cookie dough is the perfect balance of sweet and savory without any unnecessary, harmful additives or preservatives. Our dough is shipped in 16oz packages and come in quantities of two for a minimum order of 32oz. Dough should be kept refrigerated for best flavor and can be frozen for up to six months.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F
- On a non-stick pan (parchment paper is best), place your dough balls at least 1" apart
- Optionally sprinkle the top with salt flakes
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool to taste and indulge
