Mondays in Los Angeles just got a whole lot sweeter!

We are beyond excited to announce we will be operating as a retail bakery out of Superfine Pizza on Mondays! Every Monday you can now come visit us at "the window" and pick up some freshly baked cookies and treats.

Thanks to the generosity of Dina Samson, owner of Superfine Pizza and Rossoblue, she's lending her space to us on Mondays while Superfine Pizza is usually closed. This is such a unique opportunity and we are so grateful to be able to take it on. Making soft and chewy cookies in a pizza oven presented some challenges, but we were able to figure out the new bake routine and they come out absolutely perfect.

With this being our first real taste of retail, we're taking January as a "soft opening" with a limited menu while we find our footing. The goal is to have an array of treats, cakes and other goodies for you to choose from! You are always welcome to pre order through our website and pick up in store if you're looking for specific items like cookie cakes and krispie treats.

Our hours of operation are 12:00 pm-6:00 pm and we will be available on most delivery platform like Doordash, Postmates and Ubereats. Our menus will change week to week and you can give us a call at 213-792-2810 or check out instagram @chocolateandthechip to see what flavors we have on the day.

Unique and Delicious Twist

Loved the orange zest flavor throughout these cinnamon rolls. They paired well with coffee because they we're too sweet. I wish the icing had been more present, but I still enjoyed a less sweet dish.

I learned a few things about myself from my most recent order from Chocolate & the Chip. First, I have the patience of a paramecium. That is to say, I don't wait to eat cookies — I eat the dough. Second, the double-chocolate flavor is even more irresistible than the original. I may have a few flaws in my feedback-reward system, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to keep trying to perfect my style. After all, look at the time Lola & Co. took to get the recipe for vegan cookie dough just right. Right? Next time I'll try to savor it, but THIS TIME, I UNLEASHED END TIMES upon this two-pack of cookie dough.

I am not vegan and this cookie dough really blew my mind. The brown sugar cookie dough was a great base for me to add in any mixings I wanted -- crushed oreos are my go to! Made a nice cookies and cream cookie with this dough and it was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Love everything about this dough!

It’s hard to find cookie dough that’s pre-made, plant-based and delicious, and I absolutely LOVED this option! It arrived conveniently at our home in the date range promised, it has a sweet, slightly warm/cinnamon-y flavor, and they are not stingy on the chocolate chips. We planned to immediately bake it but I liked eating the dough raw!

If you bake into cookies, be sure not to make your dough balls too round, as they don’t flatten out as quickly as dairy/egg dough (in other words, make sure you’re creating slightly flatter balls to bake). Perfect for dipping in coffee or tea, but again, we will probably also eat it raw in the future it was so delicious!

We purchased this as part of a fundraiser for our favorite wild animal rebab team, and we will definitely be purchasing again. Thanks so much for the yummy treat!

Duplicate Card Numbers

Ordered three $25 cards - got two and then duplicates of the same card numbers. So my order is short $25 ....
