In 2023, I was diagnosed with PCOS, and my relationship with food shifted. I reformulated our dough to be gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and made with simple, all-natural ingredients—no compromises on taste, just more intention in every bite.
Still, scaling a refrigerated product as a small business was tough. It didn’t align with the lifestyle I wanted or the flexibility I needed. And honestly? The answer was right in front of me the whole time.
So I went back to the drawing board and reimagined everything as a dry cookie mix—one that’s endlessly customizable, shelf-stable, and just as nostalgic.
