If you’re in the mood for a cookie that leans all the way into chocolate, this remix delivers. It’s rich, fudgy, and comes together with almost no effort. I took our OG Cookie Mix and added chocolate peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, and just enough liquid to bring it all to life. It tastes like a brownie and a cookie had a very dramatic, very delicious child.
And the best part: you can use any chocolate spread and any chocolate protein powder you already have. Just follow the measurements below and you’ll get the same thick, chocolate-loaded dough every time.
What You’ll Need
- 1 pouch OG Cookie Mix
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp chocolate peanut butter or any chocolate spread
- 1.3 oz chocolate protein powder (about 5 tbsp)
- 5–6 tbsp water, milk, or milk alternative
- Optional: chocolate sprinkles
How to Make Them
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Stir together melted coconut oil, chocolate spread, and 4 TBSP water or milk.
- Mix in the protein powder.
- Add the cookie mix and combine. If the dough feels dry, add 1–2 TBSP more liquid.
- Fold in sprinkles if using.
- Chill dough for 10-15 minutes.
- Scoop onto the baking sheet and bake 12–15 minutes until the edges set.
- Let cool before eating.
The result is a deep, chocolatey cookie with a rich flavor and a soft, chewy bite.
